My Eunos just had its MOT (passed) and the comment from the tester was he had only seen one in better condition underneath and that was a restored Mk1 in their car store (they store expensive cars which come out once a year). No, I won't say their address....
Anyway, the question. I am going to get the car Undersealed and they recommend a clear sealant as black Underseal triggers suspicions for MOT testers.
Any particular recommendations? Experience of Waxyol or similar? Garage mentioned Lanoguard which I hadn't heard of.
Thanks

Thanks I did both my NDs with Bilt Hamber products, I have to say that both products are excellent and easy to use. Dynax-UC link to Dynax-UCDynax-S50 link to Dynax- S50

Went on very nicely although the car was almost new so no crud to fight with. I only had the car for around 18 months so I can't say whether it stood the test of time. It was a 2015 car. As you know, I have my current NC booked in at MX-5 Restorers in January for clean and underseal.

I wouldn’t worry about what colour the underside is…a good tester knows what to look for regardless. They’ll know by the overall condition how a car is being looked after and black won’t be detrimental to their inspection. Here’s my NC…pretty much all black all over.
