I feel there is a story behind this. Seemed like a good idea at the time? Reality not quite what you imagined?  I used to have it fitted to a previously owned orange car....but when I returned it to standard, I removed it... Bet you held it against the 30AE just to see what it looked like.  |

 I haven't driven her yet so can't tell you how it feels. Fortunately the gears still engage so that's good.  Who knew that the OE gear lever is hollow? 😮 There is a 6mm screw thread tapped onto either end of the stick. Time will tell if it needs a tack weld to the OE stub. Cheers, Guy |

Sounds like it turned out easier than expected too. A real result.
Could be a market for kits there.
