Hi All
I've performed various searches on this forum and on the internet generally and I cannot find an answer to this one. Soooooo, does anyone knowhow to remove the door mirror caps on an NC 3.5 please? I'm thinking of having mine wrapped so obviously it will be a much easier job with them not insitu.
Thanks in advance.

I might be wrong but I don't think they come off, I think it's a complete shell.

Been checking out YouTube and found only vids of people who wanted to change mirror colour by changing whole mirror assembly. MX5Parts sell a chrome mirror cap but it isn't a complete cover, according to reviews, so if you had it wrapped, some of the original mirror may still be visible.

Thanks to all for your replies. I've also been looking at some youtube videos of door mirrors being wrapped and they seem to suggest that it's easier to do with the mirror in situ.

It’s a full shell and doesn’t come off. It would presumably be quite a difficult shape to wrap…one for a professional.

I'm having the mirrors wrapped professionally once I am out of my Covid isolation period. Also the roof and boot lip spoiler. In black. I'll keep you posted and hopefully post up a pic. Barry
