Those Fuji diffs are prone to failure with the tabs of the LSD breaking off, I have heard back in the past that it's due to the brakes being tested on a rolling road brake tester during an MOT.
If buying secondhand, there's no guarantee that the tabs aren't already broken off.
There is a company in Ireland that offers a rebuild service, I'll see if I can dig out some details.

Thanks for the assist/suggestions.
My friend was going for one from a breakers (89,000 Miles, tested, from a rust MOT failure) when a local company got back to him with a quote of £450 to rebuild his one.
He's going for that offer.
