OK, hopefully this will be the last update before an actual test run π
So I managed to get the belt moved slightly to the back of the supercharger pulley and tightened it a fair bit more, now running a lot smoother and sounds nicer π
Loving it!
Next job was clearance for the bonnet. With having the pipework going over the radiator, the bonnet prop would not be able to lay flat. I managed to pick up a couple of gas struts 2nd hand. They fitted very well, a lot of measurements to make sure I had it right and bosh, they're on.
Feels like there is so much more space under the bonnet now, and looks so much better.
Finally a bolt up of all the bits, just waiting for a few more jubilee clips and another silicone tube to come from the throttle body as I clearly can't measure properly. Also have to install a sensor on that tube when it arrives but that's a 5 minute job.
